Shared integration for turning insight into lived change

A Guided Medicine Experience with Built-In Integration Support

Small group work is for people who value reflection with others — not to be fixed, compared, or motivated, but to integrate alongside people doing the same work.

These containers are designed for those who:

  • want their growth to actually land in real life

  • benefit from shared language and reflection

  • are ready to take responsibility for their own process — in community

This is not group therapy.
This is not a workshop or a one-off experience.

It’s integration over time, held relationally.

What Makes Group Integration Different

Group work offers something distinct from private support.

In this container, you may notice:

  • Witnessing without performance — You're seen by others moving through their own process, which reduces the pressure to "get it right."

  • Collective wisdom — Insights emerge not just from the medicine, but from how others are making sense of their experience.

  • Shared accountability — You're not alone in the messy middle of integration.

  • Relational practice — Learning to stay regulated while in community is its own medicine

The group is not there to process for you.
It’s there to support integration through reflection, pacing, and shared awareness.

What the Container Includes

A group of diverse people in colorful sweaters placing their hands together in a circle, symbolizing unity and teamwork.

This is a 3-month journey that moves through what I call the Four Ins process: Intake, Intention, In-Space, and Integration.

Month 1: Intake & Intention

We begin by gathering. Here, we start collecting data on what each of us is working on—what patterns are emerging, what we're ready to shift, and what we're here to learn. Together, we'll craft both individual and shared intentions for our time together.

This first month is about learning to spot what we've all got. We start noticing our patterns, naming what's present, and allowing intimacy to build within the group. You're not walking into the ceremony with strangers—you're walking in with witnesses.

Month 2: In-Space (The Medicine Session)

We begin the journey together—a carefully held space that starts on a day and time chosen by the group. This is where we sit down in person, feel each other in the space, and allow the neuroplasticity-inducing medicine to work with us relationally.

Before we step into the ceremony, we'll have explored which medicine wants to work with you, discussed what to expect, reviewed intake forms, and created an environment where everyone feels prepared, safe, and ready to dive in.

Months 2-3: Integration

The day after the ceremony, through the end of the third month (about 8 weeks), we enter the integration space. This is where we heal the wounds in community. Here, the work is relational. I hold the frame, but the group becomes the medicine. You'll learn to witness each other without fixing, hold space without collapsing, and trust that healing happens in the presence of others who see you.

All participants receive:

  • Async voice/text support via group chat

  • Guaranteed responses on selected days of the week

  • Direct access to me as you navigate what comes up in real time

From there, you choose the tier that fits your process. Each person in the group can select a different tier based on their individual needs for additional support.

What You’ll Develop in Group Work

Participants often develop the ability to:

  • recognize their patterns without self-attack

  • feel activation without acting from it immediately

  • regulate in relationship, not just alone

  • slow down without interpreting it as failure

  • build trust in timing and capacity

  • integrate insight without urgency or pressure

This tends to show up as:

  • steadier follow-through

  • fewer emotional spikes driving decisions

  • more internal coherence

  • a greater sense of “my life makes sense again”

How We Work Together

All tiers include the group medicine session and 3 months of async voice/text support in a group chat. From there, you can add individual support based on what you need.
