1:1 Integration Containers

Private support for turning insight into lived change

Post-Experience Integration Support

You've already done the deep work—whether through a retreat, ceremony, intensive therapy, or a moment that shifted everything. You came home clear, inspired, ready to change your life.

And then real life happened.

This container exists for the moment when the clarity starts to fade, when you're not sure which insights to act on, when you catch yourself either pushing too hard to "keep the momentum" or wondering if you've already lost it.

This isn't about creating breakthroughs. It's about making the ones you've already had actually last.

Why Insights Don't Stick

The problem isn't that you forget what you learned.

The problem is that you come home on fire—clear, certain, ready to change everything—and then crash hard when your nervous system realizes the high wasn't sustainable.

So you try to force it. You make huge decisions in the first 48 hours. You build rigid routines overnight. You shame yourself when the energy fades. You sign up for the next thing, hoping this time it'll stick.

It won't. Because integration isn't an emotional state—it's a process.

And no one teaches you how to come back down without losing everything you opened.

This container exists for the part no one talks about: the comedown, the confusion, the "now what?", the moment where inspiration collides with laundry, deadlines, emails, and a body that still needs rest.

What You'll Learn to Do

Over 3 months, you'll develop capabilities that most people never learn—because most integration support focuses on talking about what happened, not building the skills to live differently.

You'll learn how to:

  • You’ll learn how to notice when your system is saying “not yet” and how to honor that without spiraling into thoughts like:

    • “I should be further along by now.”

    • “If I don’t act on this right now, I’ll lose it.”

    • “Other people move faster than me, what’s wrong with me?”

  • You’ll learn how to feel energized, emotional, excited, or unsettled without immediately reacting from it.

Instead of riding the high and overcommitting, or crashing and pulling away, you’ll practice noticing activation as information, not instruction to act on immediately, and letting that excitement or other emotion move through your body

Most of all, recovering from emotional spikes in minutes instead of hours or days and leaving behind the need for intensity to feel alive or motivated.

  • You’ll learn how to recognize the subtle ways you’ve been using big declarations, deadlines, emotional highs, external accountability or crisis energy to feel focused, worthy, or alive.

And instead, you’ll learn how to:

    • Meet your own nervous system needs in real time

    • Give yourself what you’re actually craving underneath the push

    • Move forward without needing things to feel dramatic or urgent

  • You’ll learn how to catch the moment where you start to say yes when your body says no, or override your own signals to “keep up”. Most of all, how you might manage yourself harshly instead of listening.

And instead of realizing this days later, you’ll be able to notice it in real time, pause without collapsing into guilt and choose a different response without attacking yourself or spiraling.

This is where integration moves from reflection into live awareness.

  • You’ll learn how to lean into spaciousness, slower days, fewer fires, and less urgency without interpreting that as boredom, laziness, or stagnation.

This might look like not creating problems just to feel the high, letting things be “good enough” without constantly chasing the next up-level, and allowing enjoyment without waiting for the other shoe to drop.

  • You’ll learn how to shift your inner dialogue from

    • “Get it together!”

    • “You should be able to handle this.”

    • “Why are you like this?”

Into honest noticing, adjusting real-time in the moment, and leading yourself in those moments.

  • You’ll learn how to recognize when your inner world, nervous system, relationships, work and money decisions are pulling in different directions and how to bring them back into alignment.

    This looks like:

    • Fewer internal arguments

    • Less push-pull behavior

    • Decisions that don’t require recovery afterward

A felt sense of “my life makes sense again”

  • Instead of collecting practices and frameworks, you’ll learn:

    • Which tools genuinely support you so it’s customized

    • When your system needs movement vs. rest

    • When reflection helps vs. when it overwhelms

Which means a big part of this work includes working with your:

    • Nervous system states (fight, flight, freeze, fawn, regulated)

    • Parts without fixing them

    • Embodiment practices by choice, not obligation

  • You’ll learn how to:

    • Track what actually supports you week to week

    • Notice patterns across cycles and seasons

    • Adjust inputs instead of blaming yourself

In real terms, that means some weeks are for action, some are for consolidation, but neither means you’re off track and consistency becomes a byproduct, not something else that requires your energy.

  • When you overdo it – because you will – you’ll know how to name it without self-attack, regulate instead of suppress and choose the next aligned step without starting over.
