Group Experience

Small Group Integration Support

You Want Witnesses, Not Just an Experience

Guided ceremony with built-in support—a month to prepare, then 8 weeks to integrate what opened.

Small group work is for people who value reflection with others — not to be fixed, compared, or motivated, but to integrate alongside people doing the same work.

These containers are designed for those who:

  • Want their growth to actually land in real life
  • Benefit from shared language and reflection
  • Are ready to take responsibility for their own process — in community

This is not group therapy.
This is not a workshop or a one-off experience.

It's integration over time, held relationally.

What Makes Group Integration Different

Group work offers something distinct from private support.

In this container, you may notice:

Witnessing without performance

You're seen by others moving through their own process, which reduces the pressure to "get it right."

Collective wisdom

Insights emerge not just from the medicine, but from how others are making sense of their experience.

Shared accountability

You're not alone in the messy middle of integration.

Relational practice

Learning to stay regulated while in community is its own medicine.

The group is not there to process for you.
It's there to support integration through reflection, pacing, and shared awareness.

What the Container Includes

This is a 3-month journey that moves through what I call the Four Ins process: Intake, Intention, In-Space, and Integration.

1
Month 1

Intake & Intention

We begin by gathering. Here, we start collecting data on what each of us is working on—what patterns are emerging, what we're ready to shift, and what we're here to learn. Together, we'll craft both individual and shared intentions for our time together. This first month is about learning to spot what we've all got. We start noticing our patterns, naming what's present, and allowing intimacy to build within the group. You're not walking into the ceremony with strangers—you're walking in with witnesses.

2
Month 2

In-Space (The Ritual)

This is where we gather in person for the ceremony itself. We sit down together in a carefully held space, feel each other's presence, and allow the neuroplasticity-inducing medicine to work with us relationally. You're not walking into this experience with strangers—you're walking in with witnesses who already know your story and what you're working with.

3
Months 2-3

Integration

The day after the ceremony, through the end of the third month (about 8 weeks), we enter the integration space. This is where we heal the wounds in community. Here, the work is relational. I hold the frame, but the group becomes the medicine. You'll learn to witness each other without fixing, hold space without collapsing, and trust that healing happens in the presence of others who see you.

All participants receive:

  • Async voice/text support via group chat
  • Guaranteed responses on selected days of the week
  • Direct access to me as you navigate what comes up in real time

From there, you choose the tier that fits your process. Each person in the group can select a different tier based on their individual needs for additional support.

What You'll Develop in Group Work

Participants often develop the ability to:

  • Recognize their patterns without self-attack
  • Feel activation without acting from it immediately
  • Regulate in relationship, not just alone
  • Slow down without interpreting it as failure
  • Build trust in timing and capacity
  • Integrate insight without urgency or pressure

This tends to show up as:

  • Steadier follow-through
  • Fewer emotional spikes driving decisions
  • More internal coherence
  • A greater sense of "my life makes sense again"

Is this container for me?

This Container Is For You If:

  • You're ready for a guided medicine experience but don't want to do it alone
  • You want the intimacy of small group work without getting lost in a large retreat
  • You are willing to take responsibility for your own process
  • You want a container that holds both the expansion and the return
  • You're willing to share space with others and learn from the collective experience
  • You want ongoing support, not just a powerful weekend you're left to sort out on your own

This Is Not For You If:

  • You've never done any inner work and expect the medicine to "fix" you
  • You're looking for a large retreat experience with lots of people
  • You want the medicine session but don't want integration support
  • You're not willing to share space and process with others
  • You expect me to manage your emotions or tell you what to do
  • You want intensity instead of sustainability

This work requires honesty, patience, and self-responsibility.

What Clients Experience

“Mandy is a fucking exceptional space holder. I've worked with her in medicine spaces multiple times, and her safety-first approach—both physically and emotionally—is unmatched. The depth of knowledge she brings creates a container so secure that I could fully surrender and let the medicine do its work without hesitation.

I've also worked with Mandy as a coach, and she genuinely changed my life. What stands out most is how her unwavering commitment to safety creates the foundation for real transformation. Because I felt so held and protected, I was able to do the deep work that actually shifted things and rewired my brain.

If you're even thinking about working with her, just fucking do it. You won't regret it. I'm honored and grateful for everything she's brought to my journey.”

Common Questions

How is this different from a retreat?

This isn't a weekend experience you're left to figure out alone. We spend a full month building intimacy before ceremony, then 8 weeks integrating together afterward.

What if I've never done group work before?

The first month is designed to build trust and familiarity. You won't be sitting in ceremony with strangers.

How many people are in the group?

Groups are intentionally small (typically 4-6 people) to maintain intimacy and depth.

Can I join if I don't want the individual tier add-ons?

Yes. Tier 1 gives you the full group experience. The other tiers add private support for those who want it.

How We Work Together

All tiers include the group medicine session and 3 months of async voice/text support in a group chat. From there, you can add individual support based on what you need.
