Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website and/or engaging in coaching services with Mandy Witters Coaching, LLC (“the Coach,” “I,” “me”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or engage in services.

2. Nature of Coaching Services

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. The services I provide are integration coaching, which involves:

• Supporting you in processing and integrating transformative experiences
• Providing tools and frameworks for personal development
• Offering accountability and reflection
• Guiding embodiment and somatic practices

Coaching does not include diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any mental health condition. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services.

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging in coaching services, you agree to:

• Take full responsibility for your own choices and actions
• Communicate honestly and openly
• Arrive prepared for sessions and complete any agreed-upon practices
• Inform me of any relevant health conditions, injuries, or physical limitations
• Seek appropriate professional help for medical or mental health issues
• Be 18 years of age or older

4. Confidentiality

I treat all client information as confidential. Information shared in one-on-one coaching sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or when there is a credible threat of harm to yourself or others.

In group programs, I expect all participants to maintain confidentiality regarding what is shared in the container. However, I cannot guarantee that other participants will honor this commitment. Please use discretion when sharing in group settings.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due as specified in your coaching agreement or at checkout for products
• All payments are processed securely through Square
• Prices are listed in USD
• Payment plans, when available, must be completed as agreed

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

The following standard appointment policy applies to Single Integration Sessions and private, general, or group Energy + Movement Sessions:

• Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• With at least 48 hours' notice, an appointment may be rescheduled once without penalty.
• Appointments canceled with fewer than 48 hours' notice may be forfeited.
• No-shows are considered forfeited appointments.
• Exceptions for illness, emergencies, or extraordinary circumstances may be considered at my discretion.

Custom Rituals and extended ritual and integration containers are subject to the cancellation and rescheduling terms in the Return & Refund Policy and the client's signed services agreement.

Retreats, small-group programs, post-event integration services, and customized event engagements are subject to the terms of their applicable written agreement or proposal.

I reserve the right to reschedule an appointment with reasonable notice. If I cancel an appointment and it cannot be rescheduled, the client will receive an appropriate credit or refund for the affected service.

7. Refund Policy

Please review the separate Return & Refund Policy for the standard refund terms applicable to Custom Rituals, coaching and integration containers, individual appointments, and digital products.

If a client has a signed services agreement, that agreement controls the client's engagement. A later website update does not modify an agreement that has already been signed. Any change to a signed agreement must be made in writing and agreed to by both the client and Mandy Witters Coaching, LLC.

8. Remote Services & Technology

Services may be provided online via Zoom or other video platforms. By participating in remote sessions, you agree to:

• Ensure you have a private, quiet, interruption-free space for sessions
• Maintain a stable internet connection
• Take responsibility for your own technical setup

Technical difficulties do not constitute grounds for refunds, but I will work with you to reschedule sessions affected by significant technical issues.

9. Physical Practices & Health Considerations

Coaching may include somatic practices, movement, breathwork, and other embodied modalities. By participating, you acknowledge that:

• You should consult with a healthcare provider before beginning if you have any injuries, chronic conditions, are pregnant, or have any health concerns
• You participate in all physical practices at your own risk
• You will inform me of any physical limitations, injuries, or health conditions that may affect your ability to participate safely
• You will honor your own body's limits and communicate if any practice feels unsafe or inappropriate for you
• I reserve the right to modify or exclude certain practices based on individual needs and safety

10. Group Programs & Retreat Services

For group coaching programs and retreat experiences:

• Specific event details, schedules, and policies will be outlined in your event registration agreement
• Cancellation and refund policies for retreats may differ from one-on-one sessions
• All participants are expected to treat each other and facilitators with respect
• Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in removal from the program without refund
• While I facilitate a confidential container, I cannot control what other participants share outside the group

11. Recording Policy

Sessions may not be audio or video recorded without explicit written consent from both parties. I may take notes during or after sessions for continuity of care and session planning.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, frameworks, and materials provided during coaching, is the intellectual property of Mandy Witters Coaching, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

Coaching services are provided “as is.” I make no guarantees about specific outcomes. You agree that I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in coaching services or use of this website.

14. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. I reserve the right to discontinue services if:

• Client behavior is abusive, disrespectful, or harmful to me or others
• I determine that continuing the coaching relationship would not serve the client's best interests
• The client requires a level of support beyond the scope of coaching services

Termination does not automatically create a right to a refund or eliminate an outstanding payment obligation. Refunds and remaining payment obligations are determined by the applicable signed services agreement and the Return & Refund Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

I may update these website Terms and Conditions periodically. Updated website terms become effective when posted and apply prospectively to future website use and purchases.

A website update does not modify a services agreement that has already been signed. Any change to an existing signed services agreement must be made in writing and agreed to by both the client and Mandy Witters Coaching, LLC.

Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated website terms only; it does not constitute acceptance of changes to an existing signed services agreement.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
