Return & Refund Policy

I want you to feel confident in your investment. This policy outlines refund terms for coaching and add-on services.

For Coaching & Integration Services

Due to the customized nature of this work, if you end our work within the first 2 weeks, you'll receive a full refund minus a $300/hour fee for all sessions and support after your exploration call (intake, coaching calls, voice notes—calculated by minutes, rounded to nearest hour). After 2 weeks, no refunds are offered. Deliverables stay within the original scope agreed upon.

For Add-On Services

Full refund available up to 3 days before service. 50% refund from 3 days prior to service start. No refunds once service begins.

This policy applies to single-session services including: 4-Hour and 8-Hour Custom Ritual Sessions, 3-Day Snake Venom Protocol, General and Private Energy + Movement Sessions, and Single Integration Sessions.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email me at Mandy.Witters@Gmail.com with:

• Your name and email used for purchase
• What you purchased and when
• Reason for your refund request

I'll respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days.

Exceptions & Discretion

Life happens. While these policies are the standard, I reserve the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis for genuine emergencies or extenuating circumstances. If you're experiencing a difficult situation, please reach out—we can discuss options.
