Return & Refund Policy

I want you to understand your commitment before purchasing a service. This page summarizes the standard cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for my services.

Signed Services Agreements

If you have a signed services agreement, the cancellation and refund terms in that agreement apply to your engagement. If this webpage conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

A later update to this webpage does not change an agreement you have already signed. Any change to your signed agreement must be made in writing and agreed to by both you and Mandy Witters Coaching, LLC.

Custom Rituals

The following terms apply to both four-hour and eight-hour Custom Rituals.

Intake and Eligibility

Your intake amount becomes non-refundable after either:

• we complete an intake call; or
• I review your intake and confirm verbally or in writing that we can proceed.

If I determine from your intake that I cannot appropriately provide the service, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation

If you cancel:

• Seven or more calendar days before the ritual: You will receive a refund minus the earned intake amount and any other services already provided.
• Fewer than seven days but more than 48 hours before the ritual: You will receive 75% of the remaining ritual amount after the intake and completed services are accounted for.
• Forty-eight hours or less before the ritual: You will receive 50% of the remaining ritual amount after the intake and completed services are accounted for.
• On the day of the ritual or without notice: The ritual amount is non-refundable.

The exact amounts allocated to intake, the ritual, and any integration services will be identified in your signed agreement or Service Outline.

Illness and Emergencies

If illness, an emergency, or another health concern makes proceeding inappropriate, you may request one reschedule without a cancellation charge. I reserve the right to request reasonable confirmation of the circumstances.

You must select a replacement date within 30 days. The actual date will depend on my availability. If I have no availability during that period, we may select a date during the following 30 days.

A second postponement will be treated as a cancellation unless I approve another exception in writing.

Ritual With Three Integration Sessions

If your package includes a Custom Ritual followed by three integration sessions, the unused integration portion is fully refundable until your first integration appointment occurs.

Once the first integration appointment occurs, the entire three-session integration portion becomes non-refundable.

If you use the illness or emergency rescheduling option and later withdraw completely, you will receive:

• 50% of the remaining ritual amount; and
• 100% of the integration amount if your first integration appointment has not occurred.

The intake amount and completed services remain non-refundable.

Extended Ritual and Integration Containers

An extended container includes four weeks of preparation, a Custom Ritual, and eight weeks of integration.

The full container fee becomes non-refundable on the Container Start Date identified in your signed agreement. If you use a payment plan, ending your participation does not cancel the remaining scheduled payments.

You may choose to stop participating, but the contracted services will remain available during the agreed container term. Scheduling accommodations may be made at my discretion. A container will not extend beyond six months from its original start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If you use the illness or emergency rescheduling option and later withdraw completely:

• completed intake and preparation services remain payable;
• completed live preparation meetings are valued at the rate stated in your agreement;
• each started week of asynchronous preparation support is valued at the rate stated in your agreement; and
• you will receive 50% of the remaining ritual and not-yet-provided integration amounts.

The detailed calculation will be governed by your signed agreement and Service Outline.

Individual Appointments

This section applies to:

• Single Integration Sessions;
• Private Energy + Movement Sessions; and
• General or group Energy + Movement Sessions.

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

With at least 48 hours' notice, you may reschedule once without penalty. An appointment canceled with fewer than 48 hours' notice may be forfeited. No-shows are considered forfeited appointments.

Exceptions for illness, emergencies, or extraordinary circumstances may be considered at my discretion.

Customized Groups, Retreats, and Event Services

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for retreats, small-group programs, post-event integration services, and other customized event engagements are established in the written agreement or proposal for that engagement. The applicable written agreement controls.

Payment alone does not guarantee acceptance of a customized engagement. If you submit payment before an agreement is signed and Mandy Witters Coaching, LLC does not accept the engagement, your payment will be refunded.

Digital Products

Due to their immediately accessible nature, digital products are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email Mandy.Witters@Gmail.com with:

• your name and the email address used for your purchase;
• what you purchased and when; and
• the reason for your request.

I will respond within three business days. Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–10 business days.

Exceptions and Discretion

Life happens. I reserve the right to make reasonable exceptions for genuine emergencies or extraordinary circumstances. An exception made in one situation does not require the same exception in another.
