Group Integration Calls (6-10 Participants)

Post-event integration support through three live group calls. Each call is 2 hours long, held at week 1, month 1, and month 3 post-event. Includes 2 hours of onboarding/offboarding with you (the event leader).

What's Included:

  • 3 group integration calls (2 hours each)

  • Week 1, Month 1, and Month 3 post-event timing

  • Closed container format—participants join as needed

  • 2 hours of coordination with event leader

  • Intake forms for all participants

Add-on available: Participants can purchase individual 1:1 sessions at $200/session if they want additional private support.

This package is for retreat leaders, facilitators, and event organizers who want their participants to integrate in community through facilitated group calls.

How the Calls Work:

Participants join at the start time. I create a closed container and hold space for the full 2 hours. I assess how many people are present, who needs support, and allocate time accordingly. The group becomes the medicine.

How It Works:

  1. Purchase this package and provide participant contact information

  2. I send intake forms and schedule the three group calls

  3. We have a 1-hour onboarding call where you brief me on your event

  4. I facilitate the three group calls at designated intervals

  5. We close with a 1-hour debrief call
