Integration Isn't Another Framework to Learn

You've collected enough modalities. What you need is a way to actually use them.

GAIASETS is the approach I use to help people stop performing practice and start embodying it—breathwork, energy work, tantra, and somatic techniques that support integration without adding more “should” to your life.

This isn't another thing to master. It's a reference for the work you're already doing.

About This Approach

I didn't create GAIASETS to add another framework to the pile. I created it because I was drowning in modalities—Kundalini, tantra, breathwork, somatics—and had no idea which one to use when.

The problem wasn't that the tools didn't work. The problem was that I kept using intensity when I needed gentleness, and bypassing when I needed to feel.

GAIASETS is how I learned to trust my body to lead the practice—not the other way around.
